❖For customized products, our team will send you a confirmation email to verify all personalization details. Once the handcrafting process has started, the order can no longer be canceled.
Please note: Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We kindly ask you to measure your pet’s size carefully using our size guide before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to chat with us anytime—our team is available 24/7 via live chat.
Returns for Non-Customized Products
❖For Non-Customized products, returns will be accepted within 30 days after delivery. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in "as-new" condition. If the product shows signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable restoration fee from your refund.
To ensure a smooth return process, please return items in their original packaging and unused condition.
Refunds
❖After inspection and confirmation, a credit or refund will be issued, minus a 30% restocking fee.
Once both parties reach an agreement, we will process the refund within 7 business days, and the refund will be returned via the original payment method.
