• Q: Why is the estmiate delivery times so long?
  A: All of our products are handcrafted and ships directly from Japan. Personalized products will take up to 7-14 days to complete.
• Q: Why does the color transfer happens in the beginning?
  A: Our collars are hand-dyed with natural, plant-based pigments. While eco-friendly, these dyes have gentler color adhesion compared to synthetic alternatives. Since collars touch your pet’s skin daily, we choose to avoid any hidden artificial chemicals. Most customers don’t experience color transfer, and if it occurs, the pigment washes out after 1-2 baths.

Products that are customized is non-returnable or exchanged. To guarantee the perfect fit, please measure your pet’s size carefully according to our Size Guide before placing your order. • Natural Leather Characteristics: Genuine leather may have subtle natural markings like growth lines, minor scratches, or faint spots. We carefully select materials, but these unique traits are part of its authentic charm. Please consider this before purchasing.
• Sizing Guidance: Due to the handmade nature of our collars, sizes may vary slightly (±2cm). When measuring your pet’s neck, ensure a snug yet comfortable fit—allow room for two fingers to slide easily beneath the collar.
• Care Instructions: Leather thrives with gentle care! Avoid soaking, direct sunlight, or leaving the collar on during baths. If wet, wipe gently and air-dry in shade. Regular conditioning keeps it soft and durable.
• Production Time: Each piece is lovingly crafted to order, with a 2-4 day processing period. Kindly plan ahead if urgent.
