• Q: Why is the estimate delivery time so long?
  A: All of our products are handcrafted and ships directly from Japan. Products with personalization will take 7-14 days to complete
• Q: Why does the color transfer happen in the beginning?
  A: Our collars are hand-dyed with natural, plant-based pigments. While eco-friendly, these dyes have gentler color adhesion compared to synthetic alternatives. We prioritize safety over industrial-level dye retention.Most customers don’t experience color transfer, and if it occurs, the pigment washes out after 1-2 baths.

Products that are customized is non-returnable or exchanged. To guarantee the perfect fit, please measure your pet’s size carefully according to our Size Guide before placing your order. • Sizing Guidance: Due to the handmade nature of our collars, sizes may vary slightly (±2cm). When measuring your pet’s neck, ensure a snug yet comfortable fit—allow room for two fingers to slide easily beneath the collar.
• Care Instructions: Leather thrives with gentle care! Avoid soaking, direct sunlight, or leaving the collar on during baths. If wet, wipe gently and air-dry in shade. Regular conditioning keeps it soft and durable.
• Production Time: Each piece is lovingly crafted to order, with a 2-4 day processing period. Kindly plan ahead if urgent.
