  A: All of our products are handcrafted and ships directly from Japan. Personalized products will take up to 7-14 days to complete.
• Q: Why does the color transfer happens in the beginning?
  A: Our collars are hand-dyed with natural, plant-based pigments. While eco-friendly, these dyes have gentler color adhesion compared to synthetic alternatives. Since collars touch your pet’s skin daily, we choose to avoid any hidden artificial chemicals. Most customers don’t experience color transfer, and if it occurs, the pigment washes out after 1-2 baths.

Products that are customized is non-returnable or exchanged. To guarantee the perfect fit, please measure your pet’s size carefully according to our Size Guide before placing your order. • Production Time: Each piece is lovingly crafted to order, with a 2-4 day processing period. Kindly plan ahead if urgent.
